Risks Relating to our Company Our independent auditor has issued an audit opinion which includes a statement describing our going concern status. Our financial status creates a doubt whether we will continue as a going concern. We have not operated profitably and have a limited operating history that you can use to evaluate us; therefore, we may not survive if we meet some of the problems, expenses, difficulties, complications and delays frequently encountered by a company in the early stages of shifting its business activities. We may change our business plan. We require additional funds to achieve our current business strategy and our inability to obtain additional financing would inhibit our ability to expand or even maintain our business operations.
