Our online panelists are not obligated to participate in our surveys and polls and there can be no assurance that they will continue to do so. A breach of our Internet security measures, security concerns, or liability arising from the use of the personal information of our Internet panel, could adversely affect our business. We may be subject to liability for publishing or distributing content over the Internet. Any failure in the performance of our Internet-based technology infrastructure could harm our business. Our international growth is dependent upon expansion of both our international Internet panel in key regions and our global footprint.
