Our growth will be slowed if new products are delayed or are not accepted. In connection with our acquisition of Laserscope, we have substantially increased our debt leverage. We may not be able to supply products that incorporate materials or components which are single or sole-sourced. Our sale of products could be reduced if we are unable to comply with regulatory requirements or obtain the regulatory approvals necessary to market our products in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. We may be unable to adequately protect our intellectual property rights or obtain necessary intellectual property rights from third parties which could adversely affect our business, including losing market share to our competitors and the inability to operate our business profitably. We are required to comply with broad, pervasive and continually changing federal and state fraud and abuse laws, and, if we are unable to fully comply with such laws, we could face substantial penalties and our products could be excluded from government healthcare programs.
