We face risk from changes in interest rates. We face risk from possible declines in the quality of our assets. Our allowances for loan losses may be inadequate. Our business is very competitive. A significant portion of our loan portfolio consists of construction loans to developers for tract projects and single homes for resale to unidentified buyers. Our business is heavily regulated. SBA loan programs may be modified or discontinued. One customer represents a large amount of deposits that can be withdrawn immediately, and the sudden withdrawal or material reduction of these deposits could have a material adverse affect on us. A significant portion of our deposits were obtained through brokers, and during 2006 almost all of these deposits were obtained through one broker. If the Bank becomes less than well capitalized under the prompt corrective action rules, we may not accept brokered deposits without FDIC approval and may have to pay higher rates to attract deposits through our money desk.
