Our business has primarily come from several key customers. The loss of one of these customers or a significant reduction in services to one of these customers would have a material adverse effect on our business. The broadband products that we develop and sell are subject to technological change and a trend towards open standards, which may impact our future sales and margins. We have anti-takeover defenses that could delay or prevent an acquisition of our company. Products currently under development may fail to realize anticipated benefits.
