We may experience a loss of market share. We depend upon our key employees and certain members of our management. We may be unable to obtain slot machines or related technology from our third party supplier on a timely, cost-effective basis. As we expand our casino operations into states other than Nevada, we will, among other things, incur additional management costs, face different regulatory requirements and be affected by different economic environments and tax laws, any of which could adversely affect our business. If interest rates rise, the amount of interest paid by us under our amended credit facility will increase.
