Covenant restrictions under our senior credit facilities and our indentures may limit our ability to operate our business. Our ability to meet our obligations under our indebtedness depends on the earnings and cash flows of our subsidiaries and the ability of our subsidiaries to pay dividends or advance or repay funds to us.
