There can be no assurances concerning the prices at which our portfolio properties will be sold. The value of our portfolio properties may be adversely affected by environmental contamination. One of our portfolio properties is subject to pending or threatened legal proceedings which may affect the value at which we can dispose of this property or delay disposition of this property. There can be no assurance that ACRT will be able to make distributions pursuant to the Plan of Liquidation. The Board of Directors may amend the Plan of Liquidation even if you approve it if they determine that doing so is in the best interest of ACRT and our stockholders.
