Our ability to renew our line of credit on terms favorable to us, or at all, and availability to repay our term loan could adversely impact our liquidity and ability to fund new investments. Interest rate changes may adversely affect our results of operations. Our ownership of properties through ground leases exposes us to risks which are different than those resulting from our ownership of fee title to other properties. Net leases may not result in fair market lease rates over time. Small and medium-sized businesses may have limited operating histories. Liability for uninsured losses could adversely affect our financial condition. Our success depends on the performance of our Adviser and if our Adviser makes inadvisable investment or management decisions, our operations could be materially adversely impacted. We may be obligated to pay our Adviser incentive compensation even if we incur a loss. We have not sought a ruling from the Internal Revenue Service that we qualify as a REIT, nor do we intend to do so in the future. Market conditions could adversely affect the market price and trading volume of our securities.
