The closings of our property acquisitions are subject to conditions that may prevent us from acquiring such properties. Because our principal tenant is the U.S. government, our properties may have a higher risk of terrorist attack than similar properties leased to non-governmental tenants. Increasing competition for the acquisition of government-leased properties may impede our ability to make future acquisitions or may increase the cost of these acquisitions.
