If we are unable to successfully identify or effectively integrate acquisitions, our financial results may be adversely affected. Our international operations are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and other risks relating to non-U.S. operations. We may not be able to protect intellectual property rights. We rely on a network of independent contractors and dealers whose actions could have an adverse effect on our business. We are affected by conditions and trends in our targeted industries, which may inhibit our ability to grow or otherwise adversely affect our business. The loss of key personnel could impair our future success. Our investments in technology may not be sufficient and may not result in an increase in our revenue or decreases in our operating costs.
