Economic downturns could decrease our Mission Asset Activity and lower our profitability. Increased competition could decrease the amount of Mission Asset Activity, reduce our access to the capital markets, and lower earnings and capitalization. The concentration of Mission Asset Activity and capital among a small number of members could significantly affect our financial condition, pricing of Mission Asset Activity, and profitability. The amount of our retained earnings may be insufficient to preserve a competitive dividend return or protect stockholders capital investment against impairment. Changes in application of relevant accounting standards, especially SFAS 133 and SFAS 91, could materially increase earnings volatility and consequently reduce the quality of members capital investment, the amount of Mission Asset Activity and the amount of capital. Changes in interest rates could significantly reduce our ability to pay members a competitive dividend from current earnings.
