We have incurred losses, and these losses may continue in parts of our business. We are substantially dependent on contracts with the U.S. Government. Fixed-price contracts expose us to losses in the event of unanticipated cost increases. Our government contracts expose us to the possibility of substantial fines and penalties, governmental audits and investigations and suspension or debarment. Our nuclear waste management services subject us to potential environmental and other liabilities. Our inability to successfully identify and complete acquisitions or successfully integrate any new or previous acquisitions could have a material adverse effect on our business Our acquisition strategy will require additional capital, and we may not be able to raise this capital on favorable terms, if at all. We are substantially dependent on current management, and if we fail to attract and keep senior management and key scientific and operating personnel, we may be unable to successfully pursue our growth strategy. Our operating results fluctuate across quarters due to the nature of our business. Our industry is subject to intense competition, and several of our competitors are larger than us. If we are successful in acquiring analytical instrument businesses or products, that business will be subject to a variety of specific risks. The analytical instrument business depends on the protection of proprietary rights, which is difficult and costly. There is no public market for our outstanding common stock, and there will be restrictions on transferability. Trading of our common stock may be restricted by the SEC s penny stock regulations which may limit a stockholder s ability to buy and sell our stock. We have no intention to pay dividends.
