If we do not raise at least the minimum amount in our public offering, we will have to suspend or cease operations.
Our plan of operation is limited to finding an ore body. As such we have no plans for revenue generation. Accordingly, you should not expect any revenues from operations.
Because the probability of an individual prospect ever having reserves is extremely remote any funds spent on exploration will probably be lost.

Because our officers and directors own more than 50% of the outstanding shares, they will be able to decide who will be directors and you will not be able to elect any directors or control operations
