We may be required to seek additional funding, and such funding may not be available on acceptable terms or at all. Because our common stock may be classified as penny stock, trading may be limited, and the share price could decline. Our directors and executive officers will continue to exert significant control over our future direction, which could reduce the sale value of our company.
