We need to continue as a going concern if our business is to succeed. Our independent auditor has raised doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. We are an exploration stage company and face a high risk of business failure. Our exploration efforts may be unsuccessful resulting in any funds spent on exploration being lost. Because of the inherent dangers involved in mineral exploration, there is a risk that we may incur liability or damages, which could hurt our financial position and possibly result in the failure of our business. Even if we discover commercial reserves of precious metals, we may not be able to successfully commence commercial production. We may not have access to all of the supplies and materials we need to begin exploration which could cause us to delay or suspend activities Government regulation or other legal uncertainties may increase costs and our business will be negatively affected. Because our directors have other business interests, they may not be able or willing to devote a sufficient amount of time to our business operations, causing our business to fail.
