If we do not obtain additional financing, our business plan will fail Because our President, Secretary, Treasurer and director, Sidney Swick, owns 63.56 % of our outstanding common stock, investors may find that corporate decisions controlled by Mr. Swick are inconsistent with the interests of other stockholders. We may conduct further offerings in the future in which case investors shareholdings will be diluted.
