Because our management does not have technical training or experience in exploring for, starting, and operating an exploration program, we will have to hire qualified personnel. If we can't locate qualified personnel, we may have to suspend or cease operations which will result in the loss of your investment. Because title to the property is held in trust by a non-affiliate if he should declare bankruptcy or arbitrarily transfer the claims, we will cease operations. Because we have only an option agreement with Mr. Murdock regarding transfer of title to us, should he transfer title to a third person, we will be limited to a cause of action against Mr. Murdock for breach of fiduciary duty.
