We derive a significant portion of our revenues from master service agreements which may be cancelled by our customers upon notice or which we may be unable to renew on negotiated terms. Our profitability is based on our ability to deliver our services within the estimated costs used to establish the pricing of our contracts. We may incur impairment charges on goodwill or other intangible assets. Our business is labor intensive, and we may be unable to attract and retain qualified employees. Many of our telecommunications customers are highly regulated and the addition of new regulations or changes to existing regulations may adversely impact their demand for and the profitability of our specialty contracting service.
