A substantial deterioration in the financial condition of the commercial airline industry may adversely impact us. We may be unable to obtain debt to fund our operations and contractual commitments at competitive rates, on commercially reasonable terms or in sufficient amounts. Our allowance for losses on receivables may prove to be inadequate. We may be required to recognize significant asset impairment charges on equipment under operating leases. We may be unable to maintain assets on lease at satisfactory lease rates. We face competition which could cause us to lower our lease rates and offer terms which may adversely affect our financial results. We are an indirect wholly owned subsidiary and therefore subject to strategic decisions of Boeing. We may experience volatility and decreases in our earnings due to a reduced asset base. We operate in a highly regulated industry and changes in laws or regulations may adversely affect us. We may act to mitigate certain risk in our portfolio assets. A significant portion of our portfolio is concentrated among certain customers based in the United States, and in certain types of Boeing aircraft, which exposes us to concentration risks.
