The loss of one or more key customers or reduced spending by customers could significantly impact our operating results, financial condition and cash flows. If our third party suppliers fail to produce quality products or parts in a timely manner, we may not be able to meet our customers demands. We depend on key personnel to manage our business effectively. We have incurred significant losses.
