Sales of our products are seasonal and may cause our quarterly operating results and working capital requirements to fluctuate. Weather conditions during our peak selling season could adversely impact our financial results. Our dependence on one supplier for substantially all consumable products makes us vulnerable to a disruption in the supply of these products.
