Our future operating results are dependent on the growth in our customers businesses. If we were unable to use our manufacturing facility in Andover, Massachusetts, we would not be able to manufacture for an extended period of time. We may not be able to procure necessary key components for our products, or we may purchase too much inventory or the wrong inventory. Our revenues may not increase enough to offset the expense of additional capacity. We rely on third-party suppliers and subcontractors for components and assemblies and, therefore, cannot control their availability or quality. We are exposed to economic, political and other risks through our foreign sales and distributors. Our ability to successfully implement our business strategy may be limited if we do not retain our key personnel and attract and retain skilled and experienced personnel. We may be unable to adequately protect our proprietary rights, which may limit our ability to compete effectively. We may face intellectual property infringement claims that could be costly to resolve. We may face legal claims and litigation that could be costly to resolve.
