The regulatory authorities in the jurisdictions for which the company ships product could levy substantial fines on the company or limit its ability to export and re-export products if the company ships product in violation of applicable export regulations. The company relies heavily on its internal information systems, which, if not properly functioning, could materially adversely affect the company s business.
