Risks Related to an Investment in our Common Stock To the extent we must rely on dividends from our subsidiaries to pay any dividends on our shares of our common stock, our available cash flow may be restricted and ability to pay dividends on our common stock may be limited. The trading price of our common stock has been volatile and investors in our common stock may experience substantial losses. Various restrictions in our articles of incorporation, by-laws and banking law could prevent or delay a change in control of us which is not supported by our board of directors.
