The majority of our net sales come from a relatively small number of customers and a limited number of market sectors; if we lose any of these customers or if there are problems in those market sectors, our net sales and operating results could decline significantly. Our customers do not make long-term commitments and may cancel or change their production requirements. We and our customers are subject to extensive government regulations and third party certification requirements. An inability to successfully manage the procurement, development, implementation, or execution of information systems may adversely affect our business. Start-up costs and inefficiencies related to new or transferred programs can adversely affect our operating results. There may be problems with the products we design or manufacture that could result in liability claims against us and reduced demand for our services. Intellectual property infringement claims against our customers or us could harm our business. Our products are for end markets that require technologically advanced products with relatively short life-cycles. Increased competition may result in reduced demand or reduced prices for our services. We depend on certain key personnel, and the loss of key personnel may harm our business. Energy price increases may reduce our profits. Natural disasters, epidemics and other events outside our control, and the ineffective management of such events, may harm our business. We may fail to successfully complete future acquisitions and may not successfully integrate acquired businesses, which could adversely affect our operating results.
