There are increased risks involved with commercial real estate, commercial business and consumer lending activities. There are increased risks associated with our interest only loans. We will be adversely affected if housing prices continue to decline. Our allowance for loans losses may not be adequate to cover probable losses. Our business is geographically concentrated in the greater Pittsburgh and tri state area, which makes us vulnerable to downturns in the local economy. Interest rate volatility could harm our results of operations. The fair value of our investment securities held to maturity is less than the carrying value of such securities.
