We may not be able to maintain compliance with our debt covenants in the future or repay our Second Amended and Restated Secured Notes at maturity. Trends, Risks and Uncertainties Related to Our Capital Stock The Private Placements and other financing arrangements or corporate events could significantly dilute existing ownership. In the past, we have experienced volatility in the market price of our common stock and we may experience such volatility in the future. We may take actions which could dilute current equity ownership or prevent or delay a change in our control. Failure to maintain NASDAQ Marketplace Rules could materially and adversely affect our business.
