Impairment charges relating to our goodwill and long-lived assets may have a material adverse effect on our earnings and results of operations. Our failure to execute our strategic objectives would negatively impact our business. A significant product liability lawsuit, warranty claim or product recall involving us or one of our major customers could harm our profitability. We are involved from time to time in legal proceedings and commercial or contractual disputes, which could have an adverse impact on our profitability and financial position. If we cannot continue to meet the New York Stock Exchange ( NYSE ) continued listing requirements, the NYSE may suspend or delist our common stock.
