We bear the residual risk on the value of our vehicles. Our profitability could be adversely impacted by our inability to maintain appropriate asset utilization rates through our asset management initiatives. We derive a significant portion of our SCS revenue from a small number of customers, many of which are in the automotive industry. Our profitability could be negatively impacted by downward pricing pressure from certain of our SCS customers. We may face difficulties in attracting and retaining drivers.
