Our customers may not meet the volume requirements in our supply agreements. The U.S. and foreign governments can audit our contracts with their respective defense and government agencies and, under certain circumstances, can adjust the economic terms of those contracts. Our efforts to develop new commercial applications for our products could fail. Any inability to comply with changes to the regulations for the shipment of our products could limit our ability to transport our products to customers in a cost-effective manner. Our supply of raw materials and components could be disrupted. We are subject to competition from other manufacturers and suppliers of portable and standby batteries, communications systems and services.
