Our acquisitions and business partnerships may not result in the revenue growth and profitability that we expect. In addition, we may not be able to successfully integrate our acquisitions. A significant portion of our revenues is derived from certain key customers. Any inability to comply with changes to the regulations for the shipment of our products could limit our ability to transport our products to customers in a cost-effective manner. Our supply of raw materials and components could be disrupted. We are subject to competition from other manufacturers and suppliers of portable and standby batteries, communications systems and services. We may be unable to obtain financing to fund ongoing operations and future growth.
