General economic trends, as well as trends in advertising spending and competition, may reduce our advertising and circulation revenues. We have substantial indebtedness and other monetary obligations, which consume a substantial portion of the cash flow that we generate. Our debt instruments limit our business flexibility by imposing operating and financial restrictions on our operations. Kohlberg Kravis Roberts Co.
