Our business could be adversely impacted by conditions affecting the lodging industry s performance. We may have to incur significant capital expenditures in order to adapt to technological change. We are dependent on others for our programming content and increases in our costs or license fees to obtain such programming could reduce our cash flow and profitability. If our hotel customers become dissatisfied with our service, they may elect not to renew or to terminate service agreements with us and, in that event, our ability to maintain or grow our revenue would be adversely affected. We have substantial debt and significant interest payment requirements, which will increase in connection with the On Command acquisition.
