Our ability to continue as a going concern is uncertain. The success of our new products depends upon customer acceptance of both the testing of semiconductor devices in strip form and the automation of the back-end of the semiconductor manufacturing process. Downturns in semiconductor industry business cycles could have a negative impact on our operating results.
