We face risks associated with the operation of our manufacturing facilities. We depend heavily on third parties. Our operating results could vary as a result of the methods, estimates and judgments we use in applying our accounting policies. We depend on a few large customers for a substantial portion of our revenue. Our operating results are substantially dependent on development of new products. We may engage in future acquisitions that dilute our shareholders, cause us to incur debt and assume contingent liabilities. We are subject to stringent environmental regulations. Provisions in our governing documents could discourage takeovers and prevent shareholders from realizing an investment premium.
