Servicing our debt will require a significant amount of cash, and our ability to generate sufficient cash depends on many factors, some of which are beyond our control. Covenant restrictions under our senior credit facilities and the indenture governing our senior notes may limit our ability to operate our business. We may not be successful in renegotiating our expired collective bargaining agreement at Ameristar East Chicago.
