Since we depend upon franchisees to maintain the scope of our network, our results could be adversely affected if we lose franchisees. We face certain risks related to our operation of Iron Skillet restaurants at our full-size Petro Stopping Centers. We are subject to extensive franchise regulation. We are highly dependent on our key personnel. We are controlled by the Cardwell Group, Mobil Long Haul, and Volvo and their interests may conflict with the interests of holders of our outstanding notes. Risks Particular to Our Industry We are highly dependent on fuel sales, which have low margins. The U.S. truck stop industry is highly competitive and fragmented, and our competitors may have greater resources or other competitive advantages.
