Digital technologies will continue to erode the demand for our printed business documents. Our plans to deal with the threats and opportunities brought by digital technology may not be successful. We may make larger contributions to our pension plans in the future, diverting cash from other corporate purposes. The document printing industry is likely to continue to be over-supplied and highly price competitive, which may reduce our gross margins.
