Adverse events concerning existing tenants or negative market conditions that may affect existing tenants could have an adverse impact on our ability to attract new tenants, re-let space, collect rent or renew leases, and thus could adversely affect our cash flow from operations and inhibit growth. Many of our properties are concentrated in our primary markets, and we therefore may suffer economic harm as a result of adverse conditions in those markets. Our degree of leverage could limit our ability to obtain additional financing or affect the market price of our common stock.
