Our business is affected by the cyclical nature of the markets we serve. Our business is sensitive to increases in interest rates. Our business is sensitive to government spending. We operate in a highly competitive industry. We rely on key management. Some of our customers rely on financing with third parties to purchase our products. We provide financing for some of our customers. We are dependent upon third-party suppliers, making us vulnerable to supply shortages and price increases. We have debt outstanding and must comply with restrictive covenants in our debt agreements. We are subject to currency fluctuations. We are exposed to political, economic and other risks that arise from operating a multinational business. We may be adversely impacted by work stoppages and other labor matters.
