Defects or failures associated with our products could lead to recalls or safety alerts, negative publicity regarding the company and litigation which could adversely affect our business. We face intense competition from other companies, and an inability to continue to effectively develop, acquire and/or market new products and technologies may prevent us from being competitive, or achieving significant market penetration or improved operating results.
